Nauth LPC is a corporate and securities law firm managing all aspects of U.S. - Canada cross-border and domestic transactions and regulatory compliance needs.

Nauth LPC is seeking a U.S. corporate and securities associate (2-5 years) to join its growing Toronto office.

Nauth LPC provides an exceptional opportunity to develop strong legal and client-service skills through work on local, national and international corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other securities regulatory matters. Nauth LPC regularly represents Canadian, U.S. and international issuers, underwriters and others on cross-border equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters. We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial lawyer who is interested in growing with us.

We would like to speak to candidates who have relevant experience at a large firm or a smaller corporate or securities-focused firm, with specific expericence in U.S. registered and unregistered offerings.
